Returns

HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY                              UPDATED 04/17/2019

We will accept returns on items in their original condition within 30 days of 
  the order date.
ALL returns MUST have authorization with an assigned RMA number.  
  Returns received without an RMA number are NOT eligible for a refund.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Some returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (maximum of $25).
To return an item, Log into your account. Go to MY ACCOUNT and find the item you purchased to be returned under TRACK YOUR RECENT ORDERS. Next to the item to be returned click on (View Item Details) this will send you to item you ordered page. From there you can start an RMA as long as it is within the RMA period of 30 days. If it show EXPRIED, the item no longer qualifies for a return.

DEFECTIVE/WARRANTY CLAIMS
GENERAL CUSTOMERS:
All warranty claims require a picture of the part in question (front and back), and a description of the TV symptoms before and after installing the ordered part.
If the part has been damaged in shipping, a picture of the condition of the original packaging, and any damage to the part, with damage showing, MUST be taken. The part and the original packaging MUST be returned to us in order to process a complete refund.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  All items are digitally captured and inspected prior to shipping and compared to digital records upon return.  We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 8 business days.
